How to Redeem Your Chumbak Gift Cards?

Once you complete your Chumbak gift card buying process, you’ll receive an email from Coinsbee. The email will have all the important information required for the Chumbak gift card redemption. You can redeem Chumbak gift cards both online and in stores.

Online

First, you’ll need to go to the official Chumbak online store and add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Then, you’ll need to proceed to the checkout page and from there you’ll need to choose the gift card option as your payment method. Then the Chumbak website will ask you to enter your gift card number and PIN code to apply it to your order’s total. 

In-Stores

You’ll need to take the information received from Coinsbee with you to your nearest Chumbak store. Then you’ll need to choose the products that you wish to purchase. While paying for your selected items, you’ll need to provide the cashier with your Chumbak gift card information. S/he will check the necessary details and apply them to your purchase. 

When Do the Chumbak Gift Cards Expire?

The Chumbak gift cards that you buy from Coinsbee expire after 365 days of their activation date. According to the company’s rules, it’s not possible to revalidate the expired Chumbak gift cards.

For What You Can Use the Chumbak Gift Cards?

You can buy any product you want from the official Chumbak online or brick-and-mortar store. It’s possible to use your Chumbak gift cards partially. But you can’t redeem them for credit/cash and any unutilized balance won’t be refunded or returned.
