Southwest Airlines Gift Card

How to Redeem Your Southwest Airlines eGift Card Online:  

1. Click on the Redemption URL provided in the email.  
2. Go to Southwest.com. 
3. Select flight and input passenger information. 
4. Click on the 'Apply Travel Funds' under the 'Do you want to apply travel funds?' section. 
5. Input the gift card number and security code (PIN) in the designated location and click the button 'Apply Funds' to use reward. 

Redeem via phone or in person: 

1. Click on the Redemption URL provided in the email.  
2. Print the page with the gift card number and security code (PIN). 
3. Call Southwest Airlines at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA and provide number and PIN.  
4. Provide gift card details in person at a Southwest Airlines Ticket Office.

Any unused portion of your gift card will be placed in your account balance and automatically applied to your next purchase. You can view your account balance at any time by logging in to your account. It can also be used in-person at any time.
Please note you cannot receive cash back from your gift card unless required by law. Being gift cards are the same as cash, they can be combined with promotional discounts. You cannot transfer your balance to another account; however, you can send your gift card to an individual before it is redeemed.
