  1. Selezionare gli articoli che si desidera acquistare e procedere alla cassa.
  2. Per gli acquisti online, seguite le istruzioni di acquisto fino a quando non vi viene data la possibilità di inserire un codice della carta regalo. Per gli acquisti in negozio, presentare la carta regalo fisica alla cassa.
  3. Lasciare che la carta regalo venga elaborata e applicata all'acquisto.

1. E-gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. E-gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Pothys company owned stores. For store details refer address below.
3. E-gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in ‘Franchise Outlets’ or www.pothys.com.
4. E-gift vouchers is redeemable both during weekdays and weekends.
5. E-gift voucher details is to mandatorily be submitted at Pothys store billing desk before the billing starts.
6. E-gift vouchers can be clubbed with the on-going offers & schemes.
7. Multiple E-gift vouchers up to 10 vouchers can be combined and redeemed in a single billing transaction.
8. Partial redemption and Remaining balance, if any, will not be refunded in any medium.
9. In case there is a balance amount to be paid after E-gift voucher redemption, customer must pay the balance amount with taxes applicable.
10. For any return of the product bought using the voucher, the exchanges will be given for the value paid by the customer plus the voucher value.
11. Refund of money against the voucher will not be entertained.
12. For any query or issue in redeeming voucher visit or contact nearest Pothys store.
13. Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only upto the delivery of Gift Card to the final customer.
14. Coinsbee shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said Gift Card.
