1. The gift card (voucher) is redeemable for merchandise at Shoppers Stop, Shoppers Stop Airport Stores, Home Stop and Mothercare (Operated by Shoppers Stop Limited) within India.
2. This gift card (voucher) is redeemable at Shoppers Stop outlets.
3. Purchase of Mobiles, Mobile Phone Accessories, Cameras, mp3 players, laptops, 22K and 24K Gold Jewellery and Gold Coins of any Jewellery brand is not allowed through this E-gift voucher.
4. The gift card (voucher) is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for other gift cards (vouchers).
5. Gift cards (vouchers) cannot be reloaded.
7. Only a credit note shall be issued for part utilization of the gift cards (vouchers).
6. If the gift card (voucher) is lost or stolen, neither will a new gift card (voucher) be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner. No duplicate gift cards (vouchers) will be issued.
7. Shoppers Stop Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this gift card (voucher). The holder of this gift card (voucher) shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the gift cards (vouchers) and the credentials mentioned on it.
8. The gift card (voucher) is property of Shoppers Stop Limited to whom it should be returned on request.
