The electronic code can be used as many times as a normal shopping card.The electronic card is not cashed, does not change, and can be used cumulatively. Once the electronic coupon is verified, it cannot be refunded.The consumer store using the electronic code can no longer issue an invoice, and the electronic code can be applied to the merchant on the purchase APP due to the special nature of the goods, once sold, no return.The shopping card can be used in the nation wide Metro stores (excluding Xian Hotel and Shanghai Hongkou Jiangwan Shopping Mall).

Metro PHP

Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount. The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. The recipient must only give this to the counter staff once he/she commits to use it. The recipient must go to the Foreign Exchange (FOREX) counter and present the eGift code for validation. Once the validation is successful, the cashier/staff in FOREX will issue a paper GC with the corresponding eGift amount to the recipient.In the event that the eGift validation system is offline or unavailable, the counter staff shall politely decline to accept the eGift. The recipient may still use the eGift when the system is back online.Multiple eGift codes may be used per transaction.

Metro Supermarket EGP

To use your card, simply go to any Metro Supermarket Store within EGYPT and show this email on your screen or a print copy at the cashier 1. Only redeemable at Metro Supermarket stores in EGYPT 2. Valid for 12 months from date of issuance 3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged 4. If misplaced Metro Supermarket and MyList cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card
