(4) Mēs nepieņemam atšķirīgus klienta nosacījumus. Tas attiecas arī gadījumos, kad mēs nepārprotami neiebilstamies to iekļaušanai.

(1) Preču (piemēram, dāvanu karšu) piedāvāšana un reklamēšana mūsu tiešsaistes veikalā nav uzskatāma par saistošu piedāvājumu noslēgt pirkuma līgumu.
(2) Iesniedzot pasūtījumu tiešsaistes veikalā, nospiežot pogu “pasūtīt ar maksājuma pienākumu”, Jūs veicat juridiski saistošu pasūtījumu. (4) Līgums tiek noslēgts tikai tad, kad mēs pieņemam Jūsu pasūtījumu ar piekrišanas deklarāciju vai piegādājot pasūtītās preces.
(5) Ja pasūtījumu nevar izpildīt, mēs atturēsimies no piekrišanas deklarācijas. Šādā gadījumā līgums netiek noslēgts. Mēs Jūs nekavējoties informēsim un bez kavēšanās atmaksāsim saņemtās summas.
(6) Līgums tiek noslēgts vācu valodā.
(1) Ja Jūs esat patērētājs (t.i., fiziska persona, kas veic pasūtījumu nolūkam, kas nav saistīts ar Jūsu komercdarbību vai neatkarīgu profesionālo darbību), Jums ir tiesības uz atteikuma tiesībām saskaņā ar normatīvajiem aktiem.

Ja Jūs atkāpjaties no šī līguma, mēs Jums atmaksāsim visas saņemtās maksas, ieskaitot piegādes izmaksas (izņemot papildu izmaksas, kas rodas, ja Jūs izvēlējāties citu piegādes veidu, nevis mūsu piedāvāto lētāko standarta piegādi), bez nepamatotas kavēšanās un jebkurā gadījumā ne vēlāk kā četrpadsmit dienu laikā no dienas, kad mēs esam informēti par Jūsu lēmumu atkāpties no šī līguma. Mēs veiksim šādu atmaksu, izmantojot to pašu maksāšanas līdzekli, ko Jūs izmantojāt sākotnējā darījumā, ja vien Jūs neparedzat citādi; jebkurā gadījumā Jums neradīsies nekādas maksas šādas atmaksas rezultātā. Mēs varam aizturēt atmaksu, līdz esam saņēmuši preces atpakaļ vai Jūs esat iesniedzis pierādījumus par preču atgriešanu, atkarībā no tā, kas notiek agrāk.
Jums ir jānosūta preces atpakaļ vai jānodod tās mums bez nepamatotas kavēšanās un jebkurā gadījumā ne vēlāk kā četrpadsmit dienu laikā no dienas, kad Jūs mums paziņojāt par savu lēmumu atkāpties no šī līguma. Termiņš tiek ievērots, ja Jūs preces nosūtāt atpakaļ pirms četrpadsmit dienu perioda beigām.
Jums būs jāsedz tiešās preču atgriešanas izmaksas.
Jūs esat atbildīgs tikai par preču vērtības samazināšanos, kas radusies apstrādes rezultātā, kas pārsniedz to, kas nepieciešams preču būtības, īpašību un funkcionēšanas noteikšanai.

(1) Piegādes laiks ir aptuveni viena līdz trīs darba dienas, ja nav norādīts citādi. Tas sākas – ņemot vērā 3. punkta nosacījumus – ar līguma noslēgšanu.
(2) Pasūtījumiem no klientiem, kuru dzīvesvieta vai uzņēmuma atrašanās vieta ir ārvalstīs, vai ja ir pamatotas norādes par nemaksāšanas risku, mēs paturam tiesības piegādāt tikai pēc pirkuma cenas un piegādes izmaksām saņemšanas (avansa maksājuma klauzula). Ja mēs izmantojam avansa maksājuma klauzulu, mēs Jūs nekavējoties informēsim. Šādā gadījumā piegādes periods sākas ar pirkuma cenas un piegādes izmaksām apmaksu.

(2) Mūsu tiešsaistes veikals ir savienots ar dažādiem maksājumu nodrošinātājiem, izmantojot automatizētu tirdzniecības sistēmu. Mūsu produktu un pakalpojumu cenas var nepārtraukti mainīties finanšu tirgus svārstību dēļ. Cenu izmaiņas produktiem, kas jau ievietoti klienta virtuālajā iepirkumu grozā, tiks skaidri norādītas pirms galīgā pasūtījuma veikšanas. Galīgā pirkuma cena, kas tiek parādīta iepirkumu grozā un pasūtījuma apstiprinājumā tieši pirms pasūtījuma veikšanas, ir saistoša pirkumam.

(1) Pirkuma cena un piegādes izmaksas ir jāmaksā nekavējoties un bez kavēšanās pēc līguma noslēgšanas.

(3) Jums nav tiesību kompensēt mūsu prasījumus, ja vien Jūsu pretprasījumi nav juridiski pamatoti vai nav strīdīgi. Jums ir tiesības kompensēt mūsu prasījumus arī tad, ja Jūs izvirzāt pretenzijas par defektiem vai pretprasījumus no tā paša pirkuma līguma.
(4) Kā pircējam Jums ir tiesības uz atlikumu tikai tad, ja Jūsu pretprasījums izriet no tā paša pirkuma līguma.

(3) Mūsu atbildība par zaudējumiem, kas radušies dzīvības, ķermeņa vai veselības bojājumu rezultātā, un saskaņā ar Produktu atbildības likumu, paliek neietekmēta no iepriekš minētajiem atbildības ierobežojumiem un izslēgšanas.
