(1) Prezentacija i promocija artikala (npr. poklon kartica) u našoj onlajn prodavnici ne predstavljaju obavezujuću ponudu za zaključenje ugovora o kupovini.
(2) Slanjem porudžbine putem onlajn prodavnice klikom na dugme „naruči uz obavezu plaćanja“, dajete pravno obavezujuću porudžbinu. Obavezani ste porudžbinom u trajanju od dve (2) nedelje nakon podnošenja porudžbine; vaše pravo na opoziv porudžbine, ako je primenljivo u skladu sa § 3, ostaje nepromenjeno.
(3) Odmah ćemo potvrditi prijem vaše porudžbine poslate putem naše onlajn prodavnice putem elektronske pošte. Takva elektronska pošta ne predstavlja obavezujuće prihvatanje porudžbine, osim ako izričito ne izjavljuje prihvatanje zajedno sa potvrdom prijema.
(4) Ugovor se zaključuje tek kada prihvatimo vašu porudžbinu izjavom o prihvatanju ili isporukom naručenih artikala.
(5) Ako se porudžbina ne može ispuniti, uzdržaćemo se od izjave o prihvatanju. U tom slučaju, ugovor se ne zaključuje. Odmah ćemo vas obavestiti i bez odlaganja vratiti sva primljena sredstva.
(6) Ugovor se zaključuje na nemačkom jeziku.
(1) Ako ste potrošač (tj. fizičko lice koje podnosi porudžbinu u svrhu koja se ne može pripisati vašoj komercijalnoj ili samostalnoj profesionalnoj delatnosti), imate pravo na odustanak u skladu sa zakonskim odredbama.

Imate pravo da odustanete od ovog ugovora u roku od četrnaest dana bez navođenja razloga.

Posledice odustanka
Ako odustanete od ovog ugovora, mi ćemo vam vratiti sva primljena sredstva, uključujući troškove dostave (sa izuzetkom dodatnih troškova koji nastaju ako ste izabrali vrstu dostave koja nije najjeftinija standardna dostava koju nudimo), bez nepotrebnog odlaganja i u svakom slučaju najkasnije u roku od četrnaest dana od dana kada smo obavešteni o vašoj odluci da odustanete od ovog ugovora. (1) Rok isporuke je okvirno jedan do tri radna dana, osim ako nije drugačije dogovoreno. Počinje – podložno odredbi u stavu 3 – sa zaključenjem ugovora.
