1. EGVs cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit, but are transferable.
2. Flipkart.com is not responsible if the voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
3. You can combine a maximum of 15 Gift Cards in a single order at checkout. If you wish to redeem multiple Gift Cards on a single order, please add your Gift Cards to the Wallet. They can be combined with promotional codes.
4. Flipkart.com assumes no responsibility for products purchased using the EGVs, and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
5. The validity of EGVs cannot be extended; new EGVs cannot be provided in exchange for expired or unused Vouchers.
6. In the event that the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect or insufficient, Flipkart.com retains the right to cancel the EGV issued.
7. There are no fees or other charges associated with EGV purchase.
8. EGVs cannot be reloaded or resold.

T&Cs

• “SuperCoin” is the Flipkart loyalty points on flipkart.com website, Flipkart mobile app, Flipkart mobile website (all three collectively "Platform") where the Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited ("Flipkart").
• “SuperCoin Conversion” is the programme facilitated through the Third-Party Platform under which reward points from Third Parties can be converted into SuperCoins Vouchers.
• “Third Party” shall mean third-party brands or loyalty programmes with whom Flipkart has an arrangement either directly or through authorised aggregators.
• “Third Party Platform” shall mean the website/m-site or mobile app owned and operated by Third Parties.
• “User/You” shall mean a Flipkart customer participating in the SuperCoin Conversion.
• These terms ("Terms") are part of and subject to the terms of use of the Platform, the SuperCoins Terms and Conditions, the privacy policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.
• The conversion ratio of each reward point on a Third-Party Platform to SuperCoins shall be at the sole discretion of the Third-Party Platform.
• Once the reward points are converted to SuperCoins, they cannot be reversed or cancelled.
• Conversion shall be the sole liability of such Third-Party Platform and Flipkart shall not be held liable for the same.
• SuperCoins are not transferable from one User to another. A User cannot transfer SuperCoins from one Flipkart registered mobile number to another.
• Converted SuperCoins will be transferred to the Flipkart account linked to the mobile number mentioned by the User on the Third-Party Platform at the time of conversion.
• "SuperCoins” shall mean the unit of loyalty points issued by Flipkart to its users upon transacting/shopping/spending on Flipkart Platform.  
• Users can avail various offers and rewards using the required number of SuperCoins, as per offer details provided in the SuperCoin zone on the Flipkart App.
• “SuperCoins” do not hold any stored monetary value. Members will be eligible to convert Loyalty Points into SuperCoins, but cannot buy or sell SuperCoins for cash.
• These terms ("Terms") are part of and subject to the terms of use of the Platform, the SuperCoins Terms and Conditions, the privacy policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.
